Our Kitchen
    Our Kitchen/Bakery was added in 2004.  We make fruit pies, apple
    dumplings, assorted cakes and cookies and a number of other items.  Below
    is a list of some of our products.  Contact Us with any questions or to place
    an order.










    CAKES- We make all types of cakes (white, yellow, chocolate, strawberry,
    coconut and lemon) and our known for our specialty cakes (Chocolate
    Raspberry, Applesauce and Carrot).  Any combination of our cakes and sizes
    is available to order.










    ICINGS- We make a rich, creamy vanilla butter cream icing, chocolate
    butter cream icing, cream cheese icing, wedding cake frosting, peanut
    butter icing, royal icing and gnache.  

    COOKIES-  Assorted cookies vary during the year. Our specialties include all
    butter sand tarts and Mexican wedding cakes. Our whoopie pies are also
    very popular.  Call with any questions regarding cookies.














    PIES- We make fruit pies (crumb,double crust or lattice).  Some of the more
    popular kinds are apple, cherry, blueberry, and black raspberry.
    We also make quite a few other favorites including pecan,
    wet-bottom shoofly, lemon sponge, pumpkin, coconut cream, banana
    cream, and many more.

    SOUPS- Chicken Corn Noodle,  Vegetable Beef, Chile, Ham and Bean, and
    Goulash are available year round.

    CHICKEN PIES- These are great as a main course. White meat chicken, peas
    and carrots in a creamy white butter sauce and seasoned just right.  These
    are frozen and come with baking instructions.

    CORN PIES-A Pennsylvania Dutch favorite, these pies are filled with hard-
    boiled eggs, potatoes, and corn in a buttery cream sauce. These are frozen
    and come with baking instructions.

    PIEROGIES- Home made pierogies are available all year.  The varieties we
    make include:
     Sauerkraut,
    Potato & Cheese,
     Garlic & Herb,
    Spinach,
    Lekvar,
    Crab, and
    Potato, Cheese & Bacon fillings.  
    The pierogies are available  
    in our freezer or  call to order your favorite.


    JAMS/JELLIES- Sycamore Spring Orchard makes a wide variety of Jellies
    and Jams throughout the year.  Strawberry, peach, red raspberry,
    raspberry -peach, and peach-apricot are some of the best sellers. We also
    make our own apple butter.

    BAKING SUPPLIES- We make 5, 8 and 10 inch pie shells and crumb topping
    for your convenience.  During the fall, we also sell cooked  pumpkin for the
    best pumpkin pie.  Because of the great demand during the holidays, its
    best to order the cooked pumpkin so we can have it ready for you.

    Sugar Free items are available upon request.

our butter cookies or a
gourmet chocolate apple.
APPLE DUMPLINGS- Best in the area!  A
large jonagold apple, filled with butter,
sugar and cinnamon, then wrapped in
pastry.  We bake our dumplings in a rich
syrup and serve them in a 6 inch pie pan
(so you don't lose any of the syrup).
